Schedule

The schedule on the Tables page sets the order the categories play in, and estimates when every round will be done.

Start rules

A start rule says when a category or a phase may start.

The panel When Under 19 starts: Starts after Under 15 · Group stage · Round 2, not before 11:00, with Save below
  • Open Tables, then Schedule. Every category is listed there with its phases.

  • The button beside a category shows its rule, at first Starts right away. Tap it to change the rule.

  • Starts after waits for a whole category, a phase, or a round of a phase.

  • Not before sets a time. Its players are not called before it.

  • Own start rule gives one phase a rule on top of its category's, for example a final not before 16:00.

Timeline

The timeline shows when every phase and every round will be played.

A timeline from 9 to 13 o'clock: Under 13 with its group stage and knockout, Under 15 and Under 19 below, each phase a bar with its rounds. Vertical lines show when the rules of Under 15 and Under 19 are met. A blue line marks now
  • Each category has a row, each phase a bar with its rounds.

  • Green is played, blue is running, grey is still to come. Dashed are phases not drawn yet.

  • A vertical line shows when a start rule is met.

  • Tapping a bar jumps to its phase in the list below.

Estimate

Telvin plays the tournament forward in the order auto mode calls matches.

Start 09:00 and Minutes per match (best of 5) 20
  • Start is when play begins. Left empty, the estimate starts now.

  • Minutes per match (best of 5) is for a match to three games. Telvin works out best of 3 and best of 7 from it.

  • Once five matches have been timed from call to result, Telvin uses their median.

  • The estimated end of the day is at the top, and each phase's and round's time in the list.

Moving matches in the schedule

Switch the timeline to Tables, and every table is a row with its matches.

Four tables from 9 to 11 o'clock with several matches each. Dashed are the matches of phases not drawn yet; one has a frame because it was placed by hand
  • Drag a waiting match to another table or another time. It is placed in the queue there and kept to that table.

  • Drag a running match to a free table. It moves at once.

  • Without dragging: tap the match, then the place in the table's row.

  • Placed matches carry a frame. Back to automatic order under Now gives them their place back; see Moving matches.
